Have you successfully lost weight and followed a diet but still felt there’s something missing? How many times have you assured yourself, “Once I achieve this goal, I’ll feel better about myself and my life would be complete!”, and still find yourself struggling with dissatisfaction and emptiness?
And no matter what you do, nothing is enough to fill the void you’ve been feeling since, like, forever!
But WHAT IF the source of all your self-doubt and weight loss struggles is your lack of belief that God is the answer to your problems?
If you're like most people, you often compare yourself to others. The thing is, being healthy can be achieved by everybody, but it’s not a one-size-fits-all! Being healthy looks different on different people!
In today’s episode, I’ll talk about why your belief matters, why the first step is always the hardest, inviting God into your life, and how His way is life-changing. The Lord is always working for your good, even when you don’t see it.
When you surrender to His ways, great things follow. You learn to love yourself and those around you in a healthier manner. You get to show up and stand in conviction!

Have you started training but failed to stay committed to working out? Are you waiting to start exercising until your kids are grown or until you have more time? Or maybe you just don’t love working out with all the people at the gym?
The truth is exercising without a guide is a challenge. But we’re going to change that!
If you’re like most people, you’re unmotivated to start training. You keep thinking to yourself- “I’ll probably have time later when I’m older.” Or that you can do it after your work or when your travel commitments calm down. Maybe you have a habit of the “I’ll start tomorrow” mindset. But, we all know, tomorrow is the new “never!”
In today’s episode, I’m joined by my client Debbie who started her fitness training journey with me more than a year ago, has lost more than 25 pounds, and hasn’t stopped since! She’ll share with us her fitness training journey and words of wisdom about why training just the body is not enough; you also need to nourish your soul and mind!
You deserve to feel fantastic! So get off the couch and get your body moving. This episode will take you through the steps to start your fitness journey with a commitment to lifestyle and God! It’ll help you set your goals and transform your body in a way that you can be proud of for life.

Are you upping your cardio time at the gym and the scale doesn't seem to move? Do you wish you knew the secret to achieving that lean body you are working so hard to get? What if the answer isn't adding 20 extra minutes to your draining treadmill time, but in the weight room instead?
It's possible, and the good news is that shorter strength training workouts can lead to greater rewards.
If you're like most mamas, you don't have 2 hours to workout at the gym every day. The truth is you barely have 30 to 45 minutes to get in a good sweat session. You want to make your health a priority, but it has to fit your busy lifestyle.
In today’s episode, I’ll review all the benefits of weight training, and how weight training for weight loss doesn't mean adding bulk.
Whether it's being able to lift your toddler up above your head, or feeling confident in your clothes, weight training is how to get lean and toned!

Faith over fear: how to overcome the fear of failure by asking God for strength
Wednesday Apr 13, 2022
Wednesday Apr 13, 2022
Are you tired of letting fear hold you back? Have you ever wanted to get out and live your best life, but fear keeps holding you back? Fear is a part of life and while it keeps us safe, it can also keep us from doing the things we want to do. So, today we're claiming that it's time to get unstuck from fear!
We all want to be the best version of ourselves, but fear of failure elicits so many emotions such as disappointment, inaction, frustration, regret that we end up staying stuck. But what if we surrendered and trusted God completely? What if we put our faith over fear and actually went after our dream?
Imagine what life would be like! Imagine not asking yourself “What if I fail?” but instead asked yourself “What if it all goes right?”
We tend to see failure as a negative thing. But as it turns out, failure is simply the meaning we give to it. Fear is not from God. And if we detach ourselves from the traditional meaning of “failure” and have love and acceptance for ourselves, like God does, then a world of possibilities opens up right in front of us.
Not partnering with fear and asking God for strength and guidance is one of the most important steps in this journey. Don’t give fear more control over your life than you give to God. Once you start trying, you may be surprised that things can turn out better than you expected. I encourage you to face your fears and use it as a motivation to reach your goals.
Looking for motivation on how to overcome the fear of failure? Tune in this insightful episode and uncover how to get away from fear!

How to let God Transform your health through self love
Wednesday Apr 06, 2022
Wednesday Apr 06, 2022
For so many of us the concept of self-love is limited to getting our hair done, reading a book, taking a walk, or just treating ourselves to a hot cup of coffee. But, in its deepest sense, what does true self-love really mean?
Remember who you were before the world told you you were wrong? When you were that seven year old girl, doing YOU, without overthinking or anxiety? Well, that’s the truest expression of who you are. THAT is who God made you to be.
Most of the time, we're so busy being hard on ourselves that we lose sight of who we truly are. This means constantly feeling like you’re not good enough or critiquing yourself in a way that’s not healthy.
In today’s episode, we’re having a heart heavy talk about the importance of practicing self-love in your fitness journey. I’ll teach you the difference between single and double mindedness- and how to see yourself the way God sees and created you.
Avoiding that inner bully and starting to see your true beauty is the first step in your transformation. Cultivating self love habits is a huge step to getting healthy! Are you ready for this step? Tune in this episode now and discover how to practice self-love in your everyday routine.
Sending you love, friend!

Mental health has been a taboo subject for quite some time. And especially for Christians where there can be a belief that if "I'm depressed, that I'm not right with God". But friend, that's a lie from the enemy.
Being healthy and fit is not just about the physical body. Just as the Father is three parts in one (Father, Son, and Holy Spirit), you are body, soul, and spirit, 1 Th 5:23. So as Christians and daughters of the king, it's our duty to care for our mental health.
In this episode, I’m joined by Tammy Stewart to shed light on some important topics circling around mental health.
Tammy is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, a Strong sister in Christ, and the Owner and Practitioner of Salty Therapy where she provides mental health counseling to individuals and families.
Embracing mental health should be part of our society. Learning how it affects our daily lives is important to understand what’s really happening in our mind, body and soul so we can heal and become the best version of ourselves.
If you’ve been wondering how mental health affects your daily life then tune in and discover new things from Tammy today!
