Are you feeling discontent and bored lately?
Pushing through your days, and not making time for the Lord and your health as much as you would like?
Are you ready to step into a more joyful life?
Life is full of peaks and valleys, but the Lord is faithful, and when you align with Him you will skyrocket into a more purposeful life!
Welcome to episode 33 of Fit Christian Woman! In this episode, I am joined by a special guest, Katie Hedrick. Katie is a certified Christian life coach who's passionate about coaching women to walk in biblical wisdom, deepen their faith, and step into intentional joy. She walks us through how God sometimes allows us to experience trials to help us grow.
This is such an uplifting chat that reinforces the truth that our health, in all capacities, is a gift from the Lord. Also, we discuss the Parable of the Talents, and how we should remain faithful to what He has given and entrusted to us.
God is always speaking to us, particularly through our health and physical body. It’s one of the most important areas of our life and we're called to be good stewards of it.
Always look for Him to speak to your heart in ways that you’ve never imagined! That truly is the secret to intentional living, and genuine joy!
Let’s do this!

Are you unfulfilled with who you are in your relationships and career? Do you have a constant longing for joy and no matter what you achieve, you still feel unfulfilled?
Have you considered that your soul may be misaligned with who God created you to be?
God created your soul with a purpose and a talent. He has great plans for you, but circumstances in your journey may have caused you to lose sight of who you are and lead you off course.
In today’s episode, we’re going to talk about the soul. We’ll identify how a misaligned soul can make you feel out of control, and what the soul is made out of, and guide you on how to begin your recovery.
I’ll guide you in digging into what caused you to stop working on your passion. It’s time to heal the wounds, friend, because that’s where the healing happens! So let’s begin the work of healing your soul and let the Spirit help you!
In His favor, we’re restored!

Ever wonder how to get your body, soul, and spirit in proper alignment? Do you think it’s possible to conquer the body and free yourself from temptation and sin? What if you could take control of your body and not have it control you?
The good news is that when you shift your mindset and bring all things under God- you can transform into a healthier and more spiritually rich person.
If you’re like most women, it's difficult to give yourself permission to take the time to get healthy. But, taking care of your physical body helps you to connect to God in the way you want most!
We’ve all heard that your body is a temple (and it is), but in reality, it's more about alignment and setting priorities.
In today’s episode, I’m kicking off a mini-series that gives you a sneak peek into what it's like to work with me one on one. The way I help my clients understand and find freedom revolves around Body, Soul, and Spirit- and that's exactly what we’ll be talking about!
You only have one physical body, and you need to care for it properly, keep it quiet- and give yourself more room to hear the Holy Spirit!
